Chris is a graduate of Texas A & M university with over 40 years of experience as a successful business owner and operator. With a business background spanning property management, landscaping, and sporting goods, Chris has a proven track record of driving significant growth in sales and profitability.
Dustin Blum
Dustin Blum brings over 14 years of specialized experience in turfgrass management, with a notable 8 years dedicated to golf course management. A graduate of Texas A&M University’s College of Agriculture, Dustin transitioned from turfgrass research to the golf industry, where his expertise has made a significant impact. His career has spanned roles from equipment management and assistant superintendent to superintendent, and he now serves as the Director of Agronomy at Early Bird Management LLC. His work at two prestigious private golf clubs in the Houston area has been instrumental in shaping East River 9 into a premier destination with country club-quality conditions.
Julian Sedeno
Julian Sedeno is a seasoned golf professional with over five years of experience across multiple facets of the industry. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Bauer College of Business. Throughout his career, Julian has held significant roles, including Vice President of Golf Operations at Early Bird Management LLC and Head Golf Professional at East River 9. Julian's diverse experience includes positions as an Assistant Golf Professional, Merchandiser, and roles in Outside Services. His areas of expertise encompass member services, merchandising, hiring, payroll, tee sheet management, and event planning. Julian combines his robust business acumen with hands-on golf operations experience, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in every role he undertakes.
